Physiotherapist
Shelagh Haynes was the first physiotherapist to join Integrate. She earned a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen's University, and has taken continuing education courses in a range of orthopaedic disciplines. Shelagh’s passion lies in facilitating health and healing by enabling her clients to take an active role in their wellness and/or recovery journey.
Shelagh is a certified yoga teacher having completed a 200 hour training course. She has blended her strong interest in women’s health with the practice of yoga, offering Pre- and Post-Natal PhysioYoga programs to assist expecting/new mothers. To further develop her expertise, she has completed an internal pelvic floor course for treating female urinary incontinence, as well as other pelvic floor dysfunctions common in the post-natal period.

Interests: Traveling, yoga, hiking, cross-country and downhill skiing, as well as road cycling
