To further develop her expertise in assessing and treating post-natal women, she has completed an internal pelvic floor course for treating female urinary incontinence, as well as other pelvic floor dysfunction common in the post-natal period. Shelagh’s passion lies in facilitating health and healing by enabling her clients to take an active role in their wellness and/or recovery journey.
