THERAPEUTIC MOVEMENT CLASSES*

Designed and taught by regulated health practitioners (physiotherapists), these customized, evidence-based classes are perfectly suited to those who are managing an injury or medical condition, or who require special attention during movement or exercise.
These small group sessions are structured to provide appropriate sequencing, variations, and support to contribute to your recovery and wellness.

PhysioYoga therapeutic movement classes are offered for specific groups or populations (e.g. prenatal, those with back or neck pain, postpartum recovery). The classes progressively weave in some basic education of relevant anatomy and physiology to facilitate understanding and performance of optimal movement patterns.
