     Shelagh will be offering the next series of Prenatal & Postpartum YogaPhysio classes. The classes integrate postural awareness, breathing techniques, mindful movement, connecting to your core stabilizing muscles, and restorative postures.

 Prior to enrolling in the class, you will need a Prenatal or Postpartum
assessment by Shelagh, Rayane,
or a referral from your own Pelvic Floor
