The prenatal yoga series is designed to nurture and support your body through it's changes during pregnancy. The classes integrate postural awareness, pranayama (breathing techniques), targeted muscle strengthening and releasing, restorative postures and meditation. The small class sizes are taught by Roma, a physiotherapist and yoga enthusiast with Medical Therapeutic Yoga training, to allow for personalized modifications and professional guidance.

6 Yoga Classes $35 x 8 = $210
Your initial physiotherapy assessment visit must be completed prior to starting the yoga sessions.
