Roma Czop graduated with a Master of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy from the University of Ottawa in 2014. Following this, she studied Medical Therapeutic Yoga (MTY) in North Carolina and is thrilled to offer MTY classes to guide clients in their practice.
Roma combines her skills as a physiotherapist with evidence-based MTY to provide hands-on treatment and a home wellness program personalized to each client's individual needs. Her direct treatment techniques include dry needling, manual therapy, etc. Home programs can include asana (physical postures) and meditation. This sustainable approach allows clients to take charge of their own health and helps to prevent reoccurring injuries.
