Natalie Anthony,

As a former triathlete, turned corporate leader, turned yoga instructor, Natalie has a passion for wellness – no matter where her path leads her. A serious injury brought Natalie to yoga, a desire to help others be well keeps her on the mat.

To complement her dynamic career in corporate communications and engagement, Natalie is honoured to be an internationally certified Vinyasa (flow) yoga instructor. Through her creative sequences, attention to students, and keen awareness of the body, Natalie helps inspire others to find strength, flexibility, and joy – both on and off the mat. She has taught group, private, and corporate yoga sessions for 8 years, and is thrilled to join the team at Integrate as well as be a client.

Born and raised in Toronto, Natalie is now proud to call Ottawa home where she and her husband can easily hop on their bikes (or grab their skis!), plan their next travel adventure, or simply go with the flow.

Credentials: Bachelor of Arts, Industrial Relations, Post-Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications, Registered Yoga Teacher – 200 hours (RYT-200)

Experiences: Natalie has acquired much experience in holistic fitness facilities and in corporate environments - as a communications and a wellness professional. She is also honoured to have brought the joy of yoga to charity events.

Interests: Anything wellness! Yoga, hiking, biking, skiing, camping, and travelling are some of Natalie’s favourite activities, and she is also lucky to be spoiled by a husband who is a talented plant-based cook.
