Born and raised in Ottawa, Megan has worked in sports and healthcare since she was 17. In high school, she was a Physio Assistant at Nepean Sports Medicine and Physio for 4 years before taking her Bachelor in Athletic Therapy at Sheridan in Oakville. She played Varsity volleyball and gained her 1600 hours with contact sports until she graduated. She worked at Kinemedics, Orthopedic bracing before moving to Edinburgh, Scotland for International experience with Rugby. There she worked with Stewart Melville RFC, performance artists at Noble House and West End Therapies.

In 2015 she returned to Ottawa and worked with multiple Long term care homes, Keller Active Health and VC Athletic Therapy in Petawawa. She experienced various populations from elderly to military. In 2018 she was offered a job heading the uOttawa Football team and Varsity. In 2020, she and Integrate crossed paths and she saw the opportunity to work with a dream team of therapists as a clinic manager.
