Mark has been teaching yoga, mindfulness and meditation for over 15 years now and has also trained hundreds of yoga teacher both locally and internationally. His ability to read his classroom and deliver exactly what is needed leaves his participants feeling balanced and refreshed. What he really hopes you will get out of his classes or workshops is that yoga and meditation are metaphors for everyday life and can help when dealing with all of life’s stresses. The underlining message in all of his work is that although life can be busy and full of challenges, and learning to stay calm and focused throughout these challenges will allow for growth rather than holding on to stresses. Most of all he encourages his students to develop a sense of humor about life, which is a tool that can help you get through anything.
