Ashley graduated from Sheridan College with an Honours Bachelor of Athletic Therapy in May 2020. She was born and raised in Ottawa, and attended Brookfield Highschool where she was heavily involved in sports playing on the varsity Soccer team, Track and Field team for Javelin and Shotput, Varsity Curling team, Varsity Boys Baseball team, and the Golf team where she was the only girl in her school’s history to make it to OFSAA, competing against Smith Falls great Brooke Henderson. Outside of Highschool she was also involved with Ringette playing as a goalie for CORA and competitive Softball with the Orleans Rebels, as well as playing on her intersectional junior golf team at Hylands military Golf Club.
Being an Athlete herself, Ashley understands what it is like to be injured and wants to help put her patients in the driver seat when it comes to rehab. Ashley’s treatments focus on manual therapies, as well as foundational strengthening exercises to get you back to what you do best. Working with a great team of practioners working to work towards the same goal of helping the you is what makes Integrate amazing!
