Anna Pham BHSc DPT
Upon completing an undergraduate degree in Health Sciences at the University of Ottawa, Anna decided to pursue her postgraduate physiotherapy degree in Australia. Anna completed her Doctor of Physiotherapy degree at Macquarie University, Sydney in 2016. Whilst living in Australia, she gained experience working in a rehabilitation centre specializing in care for patients with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries.
In late 2016, Anna moved to Bristol, UK and worked in a private hospital, both in the inpatient and outpatient departments. During this time, she worked with a wide variety of patients with musculoskeletal conditions. Anna also worked closely with Orthopaedic Extended Scope Practitioners and Specialists in providing physiotherapy care to patients pre-operatively and post-operatively.
Anna moved back to Ottawa at the end of 2018 and is looking forward to embarking on her physiotherapy career in Canada. She is positive and open-minded about progressing her knowledge and professional development.
Having worked in Australia and the UK, Anna is grateful for all the opportunities she’s had working with an array of patients and different
members of the multidisciplinary team. Anna approaches her physiotherapy sessions with open-communication, education, clear goal-setting and establishing an individualized intervention plan.
In her spare time, Anna very much enjoys travelling, running, photography, and spending time with her family and friends.
